Our membership secretary will be out of town most of the rest of this year. If you get your renewal in by December 16, you should get your card this year. Renewals with Self Addressed Stamped Envelopes will be processed first. Membership cards for renewals after December 16 will arrive in December or January. We will not be accepting renewals at the November and December meetings. We will have a renewal drop off box at 3042 Ridings Way, York (by the front door, see the picture below). This is the best we can do this year. If you have ideas for improvement, please attend meetings and help. Thanks for being a member of our club.
Membership renewal for Lifetime Members: (You have been a member for 20 years or more and you are 65 years old or older.)
Complete the membership renewal form and write “Lifetime Member”. Alternatively, you can call John at 717-792-9138 to verify your address. Your lifetime member renewal cost is $0.00. All donations are appreciated.
Membership requirements for new members:
You are required to read the Bylaws, read the Rules, attend our regular monthly membership meeting and attend an orientation class. Meetings are usually the first Monday of the month and start at 7:30 PM. The orientation class is after the meeting. Bring your Membership Application to the meeting.

October through December 2024: (2024 and 2025 membership) 2024 Membership $15, 2025 Membership $70, Entrance Fee $75, Total $160
January through June 2025, Membership $70, Entrance Fee $75, Total $145
July through September 2025: (2025 membership) Membership $35, Entrance Fee $75, Total $110
October through December 2025: (2025 and 2026 membership) 2025 Membership $15, 2026 Membership $70, Entrance Fee $75, Total $160
