Students must have taken basic handgun training prior to taking this class. You will learn basic skills to defend yourself and family in the event of an attack. Training will include awareness, shooting concepts, using cover and concealment, basic legal issues and much more. this course is at a faster pace and requires the student to be comfortable with their handgun, its operation and be able to shoot accurately up to 15 yards. you will be pushed hard to learn defensive techniques.<br>Though this is not a certified NRA course, you will be taught all the same techniques and will be required to perform the training drills to defend yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Class will be held to a maximum of 10 students. R<strong>egistration will be on a first come first served basis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong><br>West Manchester Twp. Farmers &amp; Sportsman Association<br>4900 Pine Hill Rd., Dover PA. 17315<br>Date: To Be Determined (rain or shine) Time: 8:00 AM until 1:00 PM<br>Cost: $TBD(non-members) $TBD(members) payable to WMTFSA, (mailed to Brian Kimball @ 6245 Salem Run Rd. Dover, PA. 17315) Payment required Two weeks prior to the training date. No refund will be given unless another student can fill the position.<br>Contact Person: Brian Kimball (Instructor) 717-578-9515<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Things to Bring to class:<\/strong><br>\u2022 Handgun (Revolver or Semi-auto) (Any caliber) Recommend you bring your work gun and not your show gun that you are afraid to drop mags on the ground, etc.<br>\u2022 250 rounds minimum of ammunition<br>\u2022 Eye protection (must have while on the range)<br>\u2022 Ear protection (must have while on the range)<br>\u2022 Clothing suitable for the current weather conditions.
